Couch the Captain

Not necessarily just for the team captain, this service is suitable for any budding leader or simply someone who wants to build their confidence, increase resilience and wipe out any limiting beliefs.

 

You will work closely with a qualified SMI therapist, assessing your needs and then setting out to rectify them using tried and tested therapeutic tools.

Examples of typical sessions would be.

  • How to focus on things you can change.
  • How to achieve optimum levels of arousal to improve performance.
  • How to tolerate distress and regulate emotions.
  • How to eliminate fear.
  • How to use self hypnosis to improve performance.
  • How to get rid of unwanted past emotions.
  • How to motivate those around you.
