Development

To paraphrase Aristotle who used works akin to; “Show me the child and I’ll show you the man.” Early mental belief and resilience training is a huge advantage enroute to a successful sporting career. Typically one team (sport) or ‘age group’ participate in this at one-time to ensure there is plenty of personal attention and the information is easily retained. This intense training takes place over one day (typically around six hours).
